Providers start by calling us to discuss services and determine the best partnership fit.
Step 2: Account Setup (Insurance-Accepting Providers)
If the provider accepts insurance, we assist with setting up a partner account to streamline ongoing lab coordination.
Step 3: Order Submission
Once onboarding is complete, lab orders are faxed securely to our team.
Step 4: Patient Scheduling
We contact the patient directly and schedule the mobile collection—typically within the same week.
Step 5: Collection & Shipping
Specimens are collected professionally and shipped same day to the appropriate lab.
Step 6: Results
Lab results are typically available within 24–48 hours, depending on the test.
